Beautiful building, great location, very nice staff. Keep in mind that evidently, not all Superior rooms have actual windows (in my case the window was basically a wall). This can be good or bad depending on your preferences - being cut off from daylight and having no idea what the weather is like might be annoying; on the other hand you're guaranteed that the place is dark and quiet at night. Which was useful in my case. If you have any strong preferences, reach out to the hotel before booking.

The beauty of the hotel, the care of design, the warmth of polished wood, the sound of water in reception and the coolness when you walk in balanced by the warm of the reception and staff. Central. Quiet. Comfortable. I am restored in the quiet coolness of my room from sunshine or rainy day walks. I received extra support from excellent management team for travel with kind attention. The hotel is next to the river, and excellent cafes, and all in walking distance to anything needed and the main market. Central Siem Reap is a pleasure in such an elegant quality hotel of kindness and comfort.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff Our room was neat and cozy. Decor and design of lobby was very nice. Breakfast was also good.

Old traditional hotel in the center of town, near the market, restaurants and shops, perfect to go out in the afternoon or night for a walk after sightseeing and tours to grab dinner nearby. We did not try the breakfast, prefered to walk to the market and try the local food.

Beautifully located on the river and near the town center. The lobby is especially lovely.
